Services
Three pieces, one backend.
You can bring me in for one of these on its own, or all three as a single operations layer for your course or coaching business.

Tools
Automation
I can automate workflows such as:
Forms → Google Sheets → Notion
Automatically capture and organize submitted information.
Google Calendar → Notion
Keep meeting information synchronized with your operational database.
Google Sheets → Documents → Email
Generate documents automatically and send them to the right recipient.
Notion → Notifications
Trigger reminders or updates when something changes.
Course enrollment → Student onboarding
Automatically create records, assign resources, and trigger relevant communications.
If you're doing the same update manually more than once, let's see if it can be automated.
Tools
How a project usually goes
A general shape — every engagement gets scoped to what you actually need.
Discovery call
We talk through how your course or business currently runs, where the friction is, and what "working well" would look like for you.
System audit & plan
I map your current workflow, flag what's causing the manual work, and put together a plan for the dashboard, course system, or automation before touching anything live.
Build
I build the system in Notion and/or connect your tools with automation, checking in with you along the way rather than disappearing until it's "done."
Handover & support
You get a walkthrough of everything, simple documentation so you're not dependent on me to make small changes, and a window of support after launch.
Common questions
Do I need to already be using Notion?
No. Plenty of the coaches I work with start from spreadsheets, Google Docs, or nothing formal at all. Part of the job is figuring out what should actually live in Notion versus what stays where it is.
How long does a project usually take?
It depends on the complexity — a simple dashboard or workflow can be ready within a few days, while a full course operations system with several integrations usually takes 3–4 weeks. I'll give you a firm timeline after our discovery call, once I know exactly what you need.
What if my course is already live?
That's a normal starting point. I can work around an active cohort — auditing what's already running and making changes in a way that doesn't disrupt current students.
Do you offer ongoing support after the build?
Yes — and honestly, this is what I prefer. I'd rather build a long-term working relationship with a handful of clients than take on one-off projects and disappear. I'm open to ongoing support after the initial build, so your systems keep running smoothly and get updated as your business grows.
What do you need from me to get started?
Mainly access to whatever you're currently using (Notion, spreadsheets, your course platform) and time for a discovery call. I'll handle the structuring from there.
